Recipes for the Holidays
Here is a collection of our most favourite alternative Christmas time recipes:
The Gingerbread Super Soldiers
You will need:
The 180 Cakes and Locako Gingerbread Collagen Cookies Mixture.
1 Small Egg or Egg alternative.
15mls sugar free maple syrup or MCT oil.
Med Tray
Cookie Cutters (men)
instructions:
Line the tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 140C.
Add the Mixture, Egg (or alternative) and syrup to a bowl and mix with spoon.
Place mixture onto a chopping board and place another sheet over the top.
Use a rolling pin over the top of the cookies and use cookie cutter in the shape of a man to cut out the dough.
Oil up the baking paper and tray.
Using a spatula lift the men into the tray then put into oven on the 140C for 15-20 mins.
After they are cooked allow them to cool down on the bench with a tea towl over then, then once cool decorate with icing and candy.

2. Golden Banana Bread Delights
You will need:
2 Cups of Bobs Red Mill Oat Flour.
1/2 cup of Rolled Oats.
2 tsp Baking Powder.
1 tsp Baking Soda.
1/2 tsp Salt.
1 cup mushed bananas (about 3 small bananas will do).
1/4 cup granulated sugar.
1/4 cup packed brown sugar.
1/2 cup milk (anything).
1/3 cup oil (anything).
2 Eggs ( or atlternative).
1 tsp Vanilla Extract.
Instrcutions:
Preheat oven to 400C
Line a muffin tray with baking paper.
Mix the oat flour, oats, baking powder, soda and salt into a medium bowl.
Mix the Banana, Eggs, Oil, Milk, sugars and Vanilla in a separate larger bowl.
Mix both very well.
Combine the medium bowl into the larger bowl and mix thoughly.
Once textured and combined scoop out into the muffin tray and bake for 18-20 mins.
Allow the muffisn to cool on the bench for 2-3 mins then brew up a tea ot coffee and enjoy.

3. Gluten Free Chocolate Dream Cake
You will need:
Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix.
1 1/2 Cup of water.
2/3 cup of oil.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 150C.
Line a cake dish with baking paper.
Mix the oil, water and cake mix with a wisk.
Spoon mix into the dish then bake ofr 45-60 mins.
Once finished take out and cool on bench for 15 mins.
Feel free to wisk up some iceing sugar, dairy free butter and Mork chocolate powder for the icing.
