Extra Fancy Grade, organic Mediterranean oregano, with a high oil content for real, potent flavor. Robust, strongly and complexly aromatic. Earthy taste with pungent herbal overtones. Made with nothing but pure, organic oregano leaf (Origanum onites), cut and sifted. No GMOs. No ETO (considered carcinogenic by the EPA). Not irradiated. Certified Organic by QAI. Kosher Certified by KSA. 
 
Suggested Uses
 
Classic “pizza spice” — mix into the sauce and sprinkle on top. Complements cheese exquisitely. Don’t go without this in Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Plays well with other herbs and spices, too. Especially likes basil. Excellent in herb butters, salad dressings and meat rubs.
